My background and qualifications for providing this information are:

In 2002, after taking early retirement with nearly twenty years as a

marketing executive with Miele UK Co Ltd.

During that time I was the Area Manager in South Wales, the West

Midlands and the West Country from Cornwall, to Bournemouth, and up

to Staffordshire, and across to Tenby in West Wales, in fact the

whole of the South West, West Midlands, and South Wales quarter of

the UK.

I have helped many people set up a whole range of ware washing and

cleaning projects, including, Nurisng Homes, Hospitals, Hotels, and

Industrial situations such as Fire Service Uniforms, for Bristol

Uniforms.

Since 2002, I have been helping a range of companies market a range

of commercial & domestic clothes washing, dishwashing and catering

equipment within the UK.

And 52 years prior to that in 1954 my father started the first laundrette in the Borough of Torquay in Devon UK, whilst I was still

at school, so I was unaware that my early exposure to the washing

processes would come in so handy later on after a varied career

including 12 years in the British Army.

So, it was most odd to become involved with washing machines again in 1986 after 12 years in the Royal Signals as an Engineer in Communication Electronics. Followed by work in the Middle East as a Communications Engineer, with companies such as Bae, Airwork Services, and Marconi Radar.

Including a two year stint up Jebel Harim in Northern Oman before my return to the UK in 86, to join the team at Miele UK ltd.

Also including a ten year stint marketing a range Welding Machines and Power Tools in the 70's, so, you can see I have a broad knowledge of life, which has helped me with this project.
