    <title>Nov 22, Miele-sensor-wash</title>
    <link>http://www.laundry-and-dishwasher-info.com/Laundry-blog.html#Miele-sensor-wash</link>
<description>I have just installed a new Miele G1143SC Dishwasher, with the new &quot;sensor wash cycle&quot;, which sends a beam of light through the suds water, and can judge how dirty the dishes are and adjust the program accordingly.

So, we just fill the machine with dishes and cutlery in the top rack place the detergent in the door compartment press the start button and the dishwasher decides the correct amount of water and rinses and length of time automatically.

Brilliant. My old Miele dishwasher was over 25 years old and the drain pump was starting to give problems so I bit the bullet and placed an order with my friendly dealer Chris Wood of C.R Wood Electrical Ltd., in South Devon England and I met him halfway between us in the car and bought it home and connected it up straight away.

Put those old marigolds back in the drawer for another 25 years Phew!

There are other programs to choose from, but why bother when the machine can work it out for itself using the new fuzzy logic gizmos.

We&#39;re doing are bit for the planet and global warming, what with being able to turn off our Electric emersion Heater due to our new wood burning stove with back boiler, which heats the water and half a dozen radiators as well, as we now do not burn anthracite or coal any more, but we are burning sustainable wood from within the farm boundary.

A few hours work each week to bring in the wood saves us over 200 pounds per month.</description>
